Who are we?
We are the Local Association of the Institution of Civil Engineers. We are comprised of Civil Engineers who are members of the ICE now living, working or retired in the North Eastern United States. We work for all kinds of companies, consultants, contractors and government agencies.
What do we do?
We organize events, meetings, seminars and functions related to Civil Engineering issues and provide a forum for the exchange of opinions, ideas and information. These events may involve only ICE members or they may be joint events with other organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers.
We also provide a level of membership support for current and prospective Members of the Institution. This includes a network of ICE mentors and 'trainees' working towards EngTech, IEng or CEng as well as general advice for engineers hoping to follow a Career Appraisal route to membership of the Institution.
Contact us email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and check out the Resources page for links to additional resources.
